The priority activity of the Association is examination of the draft Laws and regulations affecting the interests of private entrepreneurs. In accordance with the procedures stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On private entrepreneurship” and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On normative legal acts”, the Association is member of the Advisory Councils of the executive branch at the national level where represents the consolidated position of the members companies. The Association has been accredited by 13 Ministries and Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also participates in the discussion of the bill drafts in the working groups of the Government and the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Experts of the Association also participate in the main working groups set up in Ministries for discussion of most important issues such are development of competition, development of commodity market exchange, tax laws, transfer pricing issues, natural monopolies, labor relations and social partnership, etc
