NIKOLAY RADOSTOVETS
 Executive Director of the Association of mining and metallurgical enterprises, President of the Union of commodity producers and exporters of Kazakhstan

Mr. Radostovets is an active public figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On his initiative and participation the new antitrust legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan was formed.
For his fruitful work in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the active promotion of economic reforms, strengthening of the statehood, the preservation the stability of society and ethnic harmony Mr. Radostovets was marked by gratitude of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Mr. Radostovets is a member of the Council of Entrepreneurs under the President of Kazakhstan. In 2007 for his for exemplary service to the government and public, for achievements in economic development and social sphere he was awarded the “Order of Kurmet”.
TOLEGEN MUKHANOV
 Deputy Executive Director of the Association of mining and metallurgical enterprises, Vice President of the Union of commodity producers and exporters of Kazakhstan
During his carrier Mr. Mukhanov was working in the Leninogorsk Polymetallic Combine, the Ministry of the Nonferrous Metallurgy of Kazakh SSR, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He joined the Association in 2005.
NADEZHDA SHASHKOVA
Deputy Executive Director of the Association of mining and metallurgical enterprises, Vice President of the Union of commodity producers and exporters of Kazakhstan
Mrs. Shaskova graduated from the Journalism Faculty of the Kazakh State University in 1984. She has vast experience in journalism and PR, working in leading newspapers of Kazakhstan.
Mrs. Shaskova is laureate of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan Award. She was also awarded the medal "10th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and several diplomas of the Ministry of Culture and the Media of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
YEVGENIY BOLGERT
 Deputy Executive Director of the Association of mining and metallurgical enterprises
Mr. Bolgert graduated with honors from the The Russian Law Academy of the Russian Federation Ministry of Justice in Moscow where he was awarded the badge of the Ministry of Justice for excellent performance. Mr. Bolgert is a qualified lawyer.
He also was studying at the Department of European Law at the Faculty of Technische Universität Dresden (Dresden, Germany).
Mr. Bolgert earned his MBA degree from Moscow Business School.
He is fluent in German.
Starting from 2008 he held various positions in the Association of mining and metallurgical enterprises and the Union of commodity producers and exporters of Kazakhstan
He was assigned to the role of Vice President of the Union of commodity producers and exporters of Kazakhstan in 2010.
From the March 2011 Mr. Bolgert holds the position of Deputy Executive Director of the Association of mining and metallurgical enterprises.
Within the Association Mr. Bolgert supervises and coordinates the development, international cooperation, strategic planning, analytical work, etc.
